Reazy is an educational mobile application developed through a collaboration between Universitas Gadjah Mada and Queen’s University Belfast. This Privacy Policy explains how Reazy handles user and device data.

Reazy does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.

However, to support the app’s core features, we may process the following types of data locally on your device:

  • User-generated content, such as text input for summarization, definition, or professionalization.
  • Uploaded documents or images, solely for in-app processing. These files are not stored or transmitted to external servers.
  • Audio recordings, when using the voice input feature. Audio is converted to text on the device and immediately discarded afterward.

Reazy does not store or transmit your input data to external servers unless explicitly stated and agreed upon in future updates.

2. Data Sharing

Reazy does not share any user data with third parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated into the app. Your usage remains private and confined to your own device.

3. Advertising and Tracking

Reazy does not display ads and does not use the Android Advertising ID or any third-party advertising network. We do not track user behavior or usage statistics.

4. Data Security

Reazy runs entirely on-device and does not transmit personal data to external servers. Any data processed is temporary and cleared when the session ends. We take reasonable measures to ensure that your data remains secure and private.

5. Access to Device Features

Reazy may request access to:

  • Storage: To allow document uploads (e.g., PDF, Word).
  • Camera and Microphone: For users who wish to input content via image or voice.

These permissions are only used for functionality within the app and are never used to collect or share data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Reazy is primarily designed for university-level students and is not intended for children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the app and submitted personal data, please contact us for removal assistance.
